If you can't find the answer to your question, please contact your College research coordinator or the Central research office.
If you are a lecturer or postgraduate student, you already have a username and password — the same ones you use for the SRS system.
If you do not have them, you can request your credentials from your College ICT office or the Central ICT office.
If you are an external reviewer (not from Samara UNIVERSITY), your account details will be sent to your email once you are assigned as a reviewer.
Use the same username and password you normally use to log in to SRS (the system you use to view your grade reports).
This message appears when you try to apply for a call announced by a different college.
If the call is actually from your college but you still see the message, update your profile and ensure your department is correctly listed under the appropriate college before applying.
To assign a research member (e.g., Co-PI), that person must first log in to the system using their SRS username and password.
They must update their profile before you can search for their name in the research member section.
Member invitations are sent only after the Concept Note, or Proposal, is fully completed and submitted.
Invitations cannot be sent while the Concept Note is still in draft or editing mode.
You must also submit the invitation before the membership invitation deadline.
